Fundraising with Boston Pizza
Help support fundraising for FMHI with 5% - 10% of your purchase from participating Boston Pizza locations.
Simply, sign your receipt "Family Mental Health Initiative" or "FMHI" and place in the drop/fundraiser box by the hostess stand. It's an easy and effective way for The Family Mental Health Initiative to receive a 10% rebate (Barrie - before tax, excluding alcohol) or a 5% rebate (Midland - before tax, excluding alcohol) on all food items purchased at either Boston Pizza locations every month, for an entire year.

The Family Perspective: Families Supporting Families
A Mother and Daughter will share their stories on their relationship and their personal experiences from the pre-diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder through to their journey of Recovery.

Do you know someone who is experiencing mental health difficulties?
This forum is open to the community for those who would like to learn about a family-focused initiative in Simcoe County and hear from a mental health survivor and their family member.
- The Family Mental Health Initiative is looking for people to co-facilitate the Barrie Family Group. This group meets once per month in the evening. Orientation to the facilitator role is provided.
- The Family Mental Health Initiative is looking for people who are interested in helping out with the planning, organizing and assisting on the day at this year's annual family conference. The conference is being held in Barrie on a Saturday in October. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact the Co-ordinator.
